Mass Ratings FAQ
1. How can I get the CSV to mass rate the submitted tasks of my jobs?
Go to My Jobs page, click on the job you want to mass rate and download the CSV unrated tasks. We recommend opening the downloaded file in a spreadsheet app like Excel, Numbers, Google Spreadsheet or LibreOffice.2. How do I rate the submitted tasks?
Once you open the downloaded file, you will see a list of the submitted tasks that you can rate. For each task, you can type an "X" in the SATISFIED / NOT SATISFIED / REVISE TASK column depending on how you want to rate the task. Mark only one of these three columns. Marking more than one column or marking none will make the task rate invalid, as shown in the example.

Please, note that for the ratings NOT SATISFIED and REVISE TASK, you MUST tell the freelancer your reason for not being satisfied or the instructions on what the freelancer should do when revising the task in the column EMPLOYER_COMMENT. In the example below, the task marked NOT SATISFIED has the BUYER COMMENT column filled and is valid. The task marked REVISE TASK is invalid because it doesn't have an buyer comment.

3. Can I add bonus to tasks?
Yes, for each task you can set an amount of bonus to be paid to the freelancer. The payment of bonus is dependent on your money balance amount available at the time the task is processed. If you don't have enough funds to pay the bonus + fees, the task won't be rated.

4. Can I block a freelancer?
Yes, it's possible to block a freelancer so he can't work on your other jobs. The block freelancer column will block the freelancer independently from the rating you marked. Even for SATISFIED task you can block a freelancer. Also, in case you blocked a freelancer by mistake, you can unblock him in the submitted tasks of the job.

5. How long do I need to wait for the tasks to be processed?
The submitted CSV file goes to a queue to be processed in background. Unfortunately, we can't precise how long it's going to take for your file to be processed. It can take from a few minutes to a couple hours depending on the queue size. We will be constantly watching the average processing time and making adjustments to make sure the submitted files are processed as fast as possible.
6. What does the column REVISION_NUMBER mean?
The column informs if freelancers are submitting the task for the first time or if they are revising the task. Possible values are N/A (Not Available) for old tasks, 0 for tasks submitted the first time, 1 for tasks revised the first time and 2 for tasks revised the second time.
